Energy knowledge in high demand

"The ABC’s of energy terminology" is the title of the most-read article in our Energy dialogue magazine. It explains the most important terms on the subject of electricity. The other most-read articles also show: Energy knowledge is in high demand - but so are politics and current issues.

What does ohm mean? What is an ampere? Why are watts not the same as volts? And how does it all fit together? These and other questions are answered in the article "The ABC’s of energy terminology". The articles "All about power masts" and "How Axpo power plants prevented a blackout " are also about energy knowledge and occupy second and third place.

In fourth place comes "A photovoltaic system at the Muttsee", which first introduced the pioneering AlpinSolar project in 2016. The most-read article from the international Axpo world follows in fifth place with "Equipe à grandee vitesse". Sixth place is taken by "How the solar cell found the spotlight", which tells the story of photovoltaics.

A political topic is in focus in seventh place: "EU Hydrogen Strategy". In eighth place is "Electricitys journey”, which, as the name suggests, explains the path of electricity from the power plant to the socket. Ninth place goes to the ingenious inventor Thomas Alva Edison with "The Mastermind”. Finally, the top ten is rounded off by "Climate policy is energy policy", a contribution by Axpo CEO Christoph Brand.

Energy knowledge, current topics and politics - this mix goes down well. We look forward to bringing you exciting stories from the world of energy again in 2022.
