Emission allowances European and UK allowances

The European Union’s emission trading system (EU ETS), and more recently UK ETS, are one of Europe’s most central policy tools to limit the climate change impacts, finance the green transition, and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. EU ETS was among the world's first major carbon emission markets to be introduced and remains the important market. Axpo has a wide market access and trades EUAs/UKAs on behalf of customers across all sectors, such as industrials, shipping companies, traders amongst others.
