Campus Baden
Tradition and the modern age at Axpo’s headquarters in Baden
The Axpo Campus in Baden is equipped with modern workplaces and secure and agile IT solutions. Our headquarters comprises two listed buildings that date to the company’s beginning, several new office buildings as well as a protected infrastructure for the network control center, which operates throughout Europe. We are proud of our roots in Baden and our more than 100 years of existence.
Baden in brief
- Centrally located and easily accessible by public transport (15 minutes from Zurich’s main station).
- The Casino Baden with its restaurant and park is located opposite the Axpo headquarters and is an inviting place to linger or have lunch.
- The Kurtheater Baden and various museums offer attractive programs and exhibitions.
- In the picturesque old town of Baden you can stroll around and do your shopping in the numerous shops or at the railway station.
- Baden is the city of thermal baths. There is a wide range of activities on offer, such as a footbath on the "Thermalbank“. You can also go riversurfing in Baden on the Limmat (www.wellenbaden.ch)
- High above the city is the landmark ruin "Stein", with a wonderful view over Baden.
- Runners find perfect jogging routes along the Limmat. Several fitness centers are within 5 minutes walking distance of the Axpo headquarters.
