The OT Operation business unit is responsible for all operational issues in the delivery of our services. Be it for operational issues related to our managed services (monitoring, incident, capacity, performance management), operational support for our customers or for the operation of entire customer networks according to agreed SLAs. We are ISO 27001 certified and work in a structured manner according to ITIL processes with the support of modern ITSM and NMS systems.
