Fachtagung Wasserkraft 2025

The Swiss Water Management Association (SWV), together with its Hydrosuisse Commission, is once again hosting the specialist conference on hydropower. The event is specifically aimed at engineers and professionals from hydropower operators, consulting firms, and the industry.

This year, Axpo is not only participating as a sponsor but will also be presenting on topics related to Artificial Intelligence in Hydropower. Our presentation will showcase how AI is driving innovation and efficiency in the industry, with practical insights into its applications.

Enlit Europe - Energy Transition Event

Enlit is on a journey to connect industries, inspire action and help Europe evolve towards a decarbonized and digitalized energy system for the energy transition, across borders and sectors.

Emmeline attended Enlit Europe and presented "the power plant of the future" at the Power Generation Hub.

vgbe/uniper | Expert Event Digitalisation in Hydropower 2024

15 -16 October 2024, Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The 7th international vgbe specialist event “Digitalization in hydropower” in cooperation with uniper will once again provide a comprehensive overview of important topics relating to digitalization in hydropower. The main focus will be on the results and practical experience of newly developed and implemented innovative digital measures, tried-and-tested products and tools from the perspective of the operators.

The topics of the presentations are: Asset Management, Workforce Management, Advanced Data Analysis, Platform Solutions, Digital Twins, Inspection & Measurement and Visualization (VR, AR, 3D GIS ...).

Axpo was this year's proud partner of the conference with international attraction. While vgbe organized the confernce with presentations in Zurich, Axpo showcased concrete digital solutions at the Hydro 4.0 pilot location in Mapragg. Around 120 participants from around the world were presented 14 different applications by a top competent team.
