  4. Data Export for Control System Signals – Supports the export and comparison of signals for external analyses and offers a flexible resampling function.

  • Live Data: Data is now processed almost in real time. The reduction in latency from 15 minutes to just a few seconds takes time series analysis and dashboard usability to the next level, unlocking new use cases.
  • Enhanced Dashboard Functionality: Flexible dashboards, such as for complex monitoring of reservoir drainage, enable centralized visualization of data from different sources and make information mobile for all employees. Users can now independently create customized dashboards and experiment with their data. This reduces reliance on developer resources and saves time for both parties – a major step towards efficiency and user autonomy.
  • Accurate Operating Hours Calculation: The precise calculation of turbine operating hours, taking into account relevant operating phases, reduces unnecessary inspections and lowers costs. Instead of general operating hour notifications, only truly relevant periods are incorporated into inspection planning.
  • Expanded Scope of Application: Originally developed for hydropower plants, Hydro Insights is now demonstrating its flexibility in other areas of the energy sector. Its successful implementation by a hydrogen producer highlights the platform’s versatility. The next step is integrating grid data to provide operators with new opportunities for safe and efficient infrastructure management through precise data analysis.
