Successful Rollout of CareOffice: A Milestone for Mobile Maintenance
The introduction of CareOffice remains on track with positive feedback from users.
The rollout of our product "Mobile Maintenance" (CareOffice) is progressing successfully. In summer 2024, Linth-Limmern (HPL) became the 12th power plant in our rollout plan to officially implement and approve CareOffice. What is particularly noteworthy: with this milestone, we have fully recovered the delays experienced at the end of 2020. Our rollout plan is now completely back on track.

Successful Implementation at Eglisau and Rheinau Power Plants
The rollout at Eglisau and Rheinau power plants (HPA-R) in October 2024 was also successful. Positive feedback from the plant manager and the electrical team leader confirms the high acceptance of CareOffice among the power plant employees: "CareOffice is better than SAMA." This praise highlights the real added value our solution provides. There is still room for improvement regarding the satisfaction of web users, and we continue to work on this.
Another Milestone: Over 100,000 Maintenance Tasks in CareOffice
In November 2024, the 101,843rd maintenance task was created in CareOffice. This figure underscores how intensively our system is being used across the Axpo power plant portfolio. The high level of usage reflects not only the strong acceptance but also the tangible benefits CareOffice brings to mobile maintenance.
Our Journey Continues
With 14 successfully implemented locations and a clear rollout plan, we look to the future with great confidence. We thank all employees at the power plants for their excellent cooperation and look forward to continuing to contribute to the digital transformation of our hydropower plants.
