Careful, early planning is a prerequisite for the smooth construction or remodelling of a building or the installation of temporary infrastructure. If your construction project is located close to a power line, special clarifications are necessary to ensure safety at all times during and after construction. We will provide you with information on the lines owned by Axpo.
Please direct enquiries about lines owned by Axpo to this email address (with details on the company, first name and surname, full address, plot number and plot location).
If you are planning a construction project, please contact our specialists at an early stage. The following information must be provided during the initial contact:
- Municipality, parcel number, possibly country coordinates of the parcel or alternatively a unique address
- Planned type of building (e.g. residential building, garage, stable, temporary buildings, etc.)
- Is it a new building, conversion, replacement building or extension?
- Planned floor plan and building height (if available)
- If surveys are carried out, it is essential to measure the pylon locations, the line axis and the position of the outermost conductor cable.
- How close is the building likely to be to the line (distance of the outermost conductor cable to the building)?
- Is the building likely to be as high or higher than the lowest conductor cable?
- How is the plot zoned? If it is a building zone: When did the plot become a building zone?
- Rough timetable for plan submission and construction
