Axpo receives «Best Workplaces™ Switzerland» award

17.05.24 - Axpo is delighted about the «Best Workplaces™ Switzerland» award. This follows the successful certification as a «Great Place to Work» in January 2024 and recognizes the exceptionally high employee satisfaction and positive work environment at Axpo in Switzerland.

Axpo participated in the Great Place to Work certification scheme for the first time in the 2022/23 financial year, as well as in the Best Workplaces award in Switzerland from Great Place to Work®. The Great Place to Work certification is based on an anonymous survey of employees. A decisive factor in certification is the so-called Trust Index™, which determines the quality of the workplace culture. Axpo scored particularly well in the areas of fairness with regard to nationality or ethnic origin, a culture of welcome, and pride in shared achievement. Furthermore, nearly 9 in 10 employees say that Axpo is generally a very good employer.

Building on the certification, Axpo also took part in the «Best Workplaces™ Switzerland» award, which recognizes special achievements in the development of trusting work relationships and the creation of attractive and favorable working conditions. Here Axpo reached 10th place in the category of organizations with more than 250 employees. This is a superb result and shows that Axpo in Switzerland is an attractive employer that looks after its employees, meeting them with trust, respect and appreciation.
