Most of the people who joined Axpo in its early days are leading the company today. We have maintained a high organizational culture filled with a start-up atmosphere, with an entrepreneurial mindset, a flat hierarchy and great respect for each other. We encourage our employees to think outside the box and implement innovative ideas. Most importantly: we work together across divisions.

We have introduced a culture of I HAVE IMPACT, in which we conduct a series of training sessions for employees and leaders together with professionals. We have changed our daily habits by introducing the so-called Culture of Accountability into our company's structures, which consists of putting causality in the hands of employees while ensuring adequate psychological safety and increasing competence in action.

We focus on free communication and integration, investing heavily and committing ourselves to organizing meetings, opportunities for discussion and exchange of ideas and getting to know each other. And all change starts with ourselves.

Sustainability measures cannot be introduced top-down, but are only possible if we develop them in the spirit of common good and cooperation.

Paperless and digitization

We are reducing the use of paper by, among other things, introducing electronic document circulation, e-invoices for customers or the possibility of online contracting.

The most eco-friendly office in Poland

We chose The Warsaw Hub for our headquarters, which is one of the most modern buildings equipped with a number of solutions to save and monitor water and energy consumption. Also on the premises of our own office, we take care of ecology by, among other things, segregating garbage and designating only 4 places on the office premises where it can be collected. And the common space is located in a central area of the office. As a result, we constantly pass each other during the day, talking and exchanging ideas.

Promotion of non-emission rides

  • facilities for cyclists - we offer our employees (cyclists) solutions such as parking and bicycle service in the building, as well as sanitary facilities both in the building and in the office itself
  • free scooter rental - there are 10 electric scooters available to our employees, which can be rented from the office and used as a means of transportation to the office or during leisure time
  • hybrid fleet - our Authorized Partners, have exclusively hybrid vehicles at their disposal

Volunteer work in Kampinos

At Axpo, pro-environmental, supportive actions are not only in the products we offer. Once a year, on the occasion of Earth Day, we shorten the working day and, together with the forester, help with forestry work.
