SpeakUp Internal Reporting
Our incident reporting channel ‘SpeakUp’ provides a way for employees of Axpo Polska and candidates for employment positions at Axpo Polska to report specified breaches or suspected breaches (including anonymously). Before submitting the report, please check whether the Internal Reporting Procedure at Axpo Polska applies to you and what you wish to report falls within its scope.

If you have any concerns or suspicions, or if you are aware of an actual breach, then please let us know. SpeakUp is operated by an independent service provider and consists of a 24/7 telephone and online service for reporting suspected or actual incidents (including anonymously).
Messages are processed by designated, qualified compliance officers. To send a message through SpeakUp, please visit this website and follow the instructions.
Axpo Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw is the controller of personal data processed in connection with the notification. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of receiving and processing notifications made under the act of 14 June 2024 on protection of whistleblowers, investigating notifications, and ensuring your protection as a whistleblower (on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. fulfilment of the Controller's legal obligation imposed by the above-mentioned act on protection of whistleblowers). Please be informed that you have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and their portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (in Poland it is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
