Axpo Polska has received approval from the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) to acquire 100 per cent of the shares in Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna sp. z o.o. The final purchase agreement was signed by both companies today.

Axpo and Energix win top prize for energy storage project in Poland
