Who you meet during the recruitment process will depend on which job offer you submit your CV to. What is certain, however, is that you will have contact with our HR department during the recruitment process. Meet its representative: Katarzyna :)

Katarzyna Boguszewska, HR Specialist at Axpo Polska

She took her first steps in recruitment in a student organisation at her university. It was also from there that she took her motto: 'Those who don't grow, curl up'. She joined Axpo in the autumn of 2021 as an intern and since then one of her responsibilities has been recruiting for Axpo teams. Privately, an artistic soul and a cat person.

Our recruiting process step-by-step

All positions for which we are currently recruiting can be found here. CV submission is done online.

CV selection

Those whose experience and competences meet the criteria set for candidates will be selected for the next stage of the recruitment process. They will then be contacted by telephone and invited to a recruitment meeting.

Job interview

The first meeting usually takes place with HR representatives and the future supervisor. The number of meetings and the composition of the recruiting team depends on the job position.

Practical task

Depending on the position, we may ask you to prepare a presentation, solve a case study or take part in a test (e.g. technical test, personality test).

Completion of recruitment

Once the recruitment process has been completed, we will inform you of the outcome. If your application is successful, we will offer you a job at Axpo.
