Axpo Authorized Partner How can you recognize an Advisor from an Axpo's partner company?

We expect the same from our business partners as we do from ourselves. Engagement, knowledge, professionalism, and high personal culture are the qualities you can expect in interactions with Advisors from Axpo Authorized Partners.

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality service, which is why we place great importance on the proper substantive preparation of our business partners. To mediate the sale of Axpo products, each Advisor at our Authorized Partners is required to complete a series of training sessions, culminating in a certification test. A positive test result entitles the Advisor to receive an Axpo accreditation certificate.

With the Axpo accreditation certificate, you can be sure that the person you are in contact with is an Energy and Gas Advisor at an Axpo Authorized Partner. The Axpo accreditation certificate is awarded only to those Advisors who complete the advanced training program at Axpo Academy.

The electronic certificate is a PDF document. It contains the following elements:

• Advisor’s name
• Confirmation that the Advisor receives accreditation from Axpo to mediate the sale of our products after successfully completing the advanced training program at Axpo Academy
• Name of the Axpo Authorized Partner company
• Certificate issuance date
• Certificate expiration date
• Axpo Authorized Partner logo
• QR code, which you can use to verify the validity of the certificate; you can also use it to rate the Advisor

A mobile certificate is a certificate generated in the form of a card for an e-wallet on mobile devices. It contains the following elements:

• Advisor’s name
• Certificate expiration date
• Name of the Axpo Authorized Partner company
• Advisor’s position
• QR code, which you can use to verify the validity of the certificate; you can also use it to rate the Advisor from the Axpo partner company

Mobile certificates differ slightly in appearance depending on the Advisor’s phone operating system. Below are visualizations of the certificates for iOS (Apple mobile devices) and Android.

Advisors at Axpo Authorized Partners receive not only personalized certificates after passing the certification test but also business cards. These cards also feature the Advisor’s unique QR code, which you can use to verify the validity of their accreditation.

Axpo Authorized Partners and Advisors at Axpo Authorized Partners use a special Axpo Authorized Partner logo. You can find it in various marketing materials, on Advisors’ business cards, certificates, and in offers.
